With 30 years of toolmaking experience in high quality Plastic Injection Moulds, Supaflow Engineering’s toolmaking process is professional and precise. Our process includes taking your tool design and downloading it via CAM software directly into our state of the art CNC machines, ensuring absolute accuracy of your parts.
Supaflow Engineering has a modern, clean in-house toolroom that in conjunction with the latest equipment ensures not only precision and cost effective manufacturing but also accuracy, quality and speed.
Our in house facilities include:
- 3 axis High Speed CNC Machining Centres
- CNC EDM
- CNC Wirecut
- General Toolmaking Equipment (including milling machines and lathes).
Our team will work with your ideas to develop finalised designs, produce prototypes, and finally manufacture your injection mould. Modifications can be made to your designs and drawings along the way before any toolmaking commences. Alternatively, if you already have your designs drawn up in a CAD software system and are just looking to manufacture the mould our team can also facilitate that process.
Plastic Injection Moulds can be manufactured for single or multi cavity production, to operate fully automatic or semi automatic machinery. Supaflow Engineering recognises that tooling costs can create a barrier between you and your concepts, which is why we offer toolmaking and moulding in both our Australian workshop and fellow factory in China – manufacturing tools to the highest quality with lower costs.
