Supaflow Engineering operates 24 hours a day, with over 15 injection moulding machines with a clamp tonnage of 100 to 450 tons. This gives us the ability to mould items weighing up to 1300 grams precisely and efficiently. Supaflow have processed a variety of materials, including Nylons, Polypropylenes, Polyethylene, Acetal, ABS, Polycarbonates, Styrenes and more.
Using the latest state of the art Japanese Kawaguchi Injection Moulding Machines, which have a reputation for high quality and reliability, we are able to offer flexibility and versatility to fulfil your urgent requirements. The team at Supaflow conducts QA testing and monitoring of product quality throughout production runs to ensure the highest quality of supplied products.
All the machines are fully equipped with robots for faultless process management, offering repeated and consistent quality day in day out. Our facility contains 6 overhead robots, 9 pick and place robots, and 4 modern 6-axis KUKA and ABB robots that now enable your products to be assembled and packed after closing hours. With these new 6 axis robots, Supaflow is able to take the labour content out of manufacturing, and thus reduce cost.
